Kathleen Sherman is offering four mini retreat days throughout the winter to help you find your inner Zen and shake off the winter blues! Winter is a wonderful time to go within and find Your True Self. These retreats are an opportunity to grow, expand and cultivate your most divine parts of yourself, and help you tap into your true authentic Goddess/God aspect of yourself. You will experience:

*Sound immersions with Tibetan & crystal bowls, drums, chimes and much more.

*Cacao ceremonies to help you tap into Mother Earth energies to help you expand your consciousness. *Breathwork to assist you in letting go and rising to a higher level of consciousness.

*Channeled meditations and spiritual journeys with the divine to connect to your inner self.

*Yin Yoga, which is slow stretching of the body with intentional breathing to help you tap into your body and what it needs to relax, rejuvenate and open your energy field.

*Salt cave therapy at the Zen Dens in Kalamazoo. Experience the power of salt, while relaxing in a peaceful space full of negative ions. Surrounded by Himalayan salt, you'll be ready to balance your mind and breathe deeply, while finding your Zen in their beautiful salt cave.

*Kundalini ecstatic dance to help you get into the flow of your innate spiritual divine flow.

Each retreat will be three hours long and will take place once per month from January through April. Each retreat will hold a different theme and will be channeled by Kathleen and her high vibrational team of light. Dates available are all Saturdays from 1-4 at the Zen Dens in Kalamazoo in in the beautiful salt cave. There is limited space so reserve your spot before they are sold out!

Weather permitting, and if there is inclement weather, the date could possibly be rescheduled to another Saturday. Please wear comfortable clothing that stretches with layers. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. No refunds, but you may gift your space to someone else if you can't make it. Bring snacks and water for yourself. Please eat lighter food and drink prior. Please avoid caffeine that morning and drink extra water for the Cacao ceremonies. Please note, if you take any medications, please check to make sure you are able to drink cacao.
